Changing the Face of Housing in Minnesota Leadership Survey Report

Changing the Face of Housing in Minnesota was a joint initiative of the Corporation for Supportive Housing (CSH), the Family Housing Fund, and the Twin Cities Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC). It was created to support local housing, planning, and community development organizations in their efforts to recruit and maintain diverse boards of directors and to recruit, hire, and retain diverse staff.

This 2007 report to Changing the Face of Housing in Minnesota summarizes the results of a telephone survey with leaders, managers, and staff of housing, planning, and community development organizations regarding the progress of their organizations in recruiting and maintaining racially and ethnically diverse staff and leaders.
