Tenants and Foreclosure in Minnesota: Know Your Next Move

During the foreclosure crisis of the late 2000s, Family Housing Fund published a brochure to help tenants whose landlords are in foreclosure to understand and exercise their rights.
Family Housing Fund partnered with Legal Aid Society, Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, and HOME Line to ensure legal support is available for tenants whose landlords experience foreclosure.
With the help of Centro Legal and the Minnesota Home Ownership Center, this brochure was also published in Spanish.
